Healing from Your Childhood and Transforming Your Life is an online course designed to lead you through a journey of understanding the harmful messages your parent gave you, unhooking from them, and hooking into messages that actually serve you. By the end of the journey, you will have the understanding, insight, and tools to accept yourself and build a life that supports you.
Dr. Manser is a Harvard-trained psychologist, therapist, and author. She has spent her career guiding people through this journey. She's excited to walk alongside you as you break your family's cycle of generational pain and create a fulfilling life based on you, not the wounds your childhood gave you.
In this course, we will talk about how parents deeply impact their child's self-esteem and sense of self in small, subtle ways (as well as more obvious ways). We will explore how your parents impacted your sense of self, and how that impacted your life. We'll explore any intergenerational pain that may have been passed down in your family, and we'll help you detach from the pain and harmful messages you were given.
I'll also teach you eight strategies for living a juicy life and show you how to tailor each to your specific needs. These tools are actionable and effective. They'll help you align with yourself and live a meaningful, satisfying life.
This course goes deep and covers a lot of ground, but each of the videos is brief and digestible. You will go at your own pace.
Length: 2 hours 35 minutes. 12 videos
You will also receive 29 pages of Course Materials
